dinotec: Technical training for French team

On May 3rd and 4th colleagues from Carre Bleu, DEL, Aqualux and RPC were at the dinotec facilities in Nidderau/Germany. The training focused on measuring-control and dosing technology and electrolysis technology.

Thanks to the dinotec show room products could be shown live and in action. As a result the participators took home new opportunities for their markets and new know how for their daily business

Wonder machine CF+ Controller

The new CF+ Controller of the CF Group impresses with its universal application range. Thanks to the flexible adaptation, many manufacturer devices can be connected to the CF+ Controller and thus visualised as well as controlled.

This includes the reduction of several remote controls and the user-friendly display on one’s own tablet or mobile phone. The intuitive operating level makes operation child’s play. Functions such as remote access, setpoint adjustment and email services are also integrated. Additional relays make it easy to expand functions (heating, light, water replenishment, circulation, eco mode, etc.) and information (empty signal, limit value violation, consumption).

But the attractions are not neglected either. Light, also DMX with individual colour selection and timer, counter-current system, splash shower, cover, waterfall can be controlled directly above the surface. “Easy to run” is one way to describe it. The next expansion stage also enables the measurement of water values. Here, pH and redox (incl. temperature) can be measured and controlled with the basic version.

Directly or afterwards, a free chlorine measurement can also be integrated. Thus, the CF+ Controller is a flexible control unit that adapts to every need and can be expanded easily later. The WEB-based interface makes the usually necessary app download or licence purchase unnecessary.

The CF+ controller is a new modern generation of control units that will convince you. This flexibility enables new solution concepts between technology and people. It relaxes the situation in your wellness area also in the important area of operation and support.

CF Group is printing delifol liners

Since beginning of March 2021, the high-quality delifol prints and borders are being produced in-house at the Buhl site in France. The newly installed printing press (built in 1980) has been consistently overhauled and thus meets the high quality requirements of delifol brand. At 3 meters per minute, up to 2 meter wide triple-ply liner rolls can be printed. Approx. Currently, approximately 50,000 square meters are produced in this way during the season.

The CF Group is the only manufacturer on the market with this pvc on pvc printing process. This strengthens our market position, expands the know-how within the group and underpins the major advantages of speed, flexibility and independence.

dinoTouch+ “All inclusive” Poolmanagement

The dinoTouch+ leaves hardly anything to be desired. Even the standard versions include almost all usual features: disinfection, pH control, filter control, heating control with automatic backwash (piston valve), control of multi-stage filter pumps, attraction control, lighting control, dinoRemote remote control (activation fee), etc.. And the integrated system configurator gives you sufficient freedom for customization.

All models include a 5.7” colour touch screen. Logical menu structures allow an intuitive operation.

Precise dosing via dinodos EASY or dinodos START peristaltic dosing pumps. Selection of up to 4 dosing features out of 6 possible options (disinfection, pH+, pH-, flocculation, additions like Pool-izei, Nova Crystal, etc., inline electrolysis).

Thanks to the cutting edge bus technology installation and commissioning is done quickly.
