Pool Round #4 of the CF Group – Recap

On Monday, the fourth CF Group Pool Round for the German team took place. Our CEO, Cedrik Mayer-Klenk, welcomed colleagues from CF Group Germany, Chemoform AG, and LiGaLo GmbH. The event was held in Wendlingen and simultaneously streamed live via Microsoft Teams.

📊 Business Update & Financial Figures
The session began with an overview of the current business situation and key financial figures. The performance of Chemoform AG, CF Group Deutschland GmbH, LiGaLo GmbH, and DEL SAS was reviewed and compared with previous years. The good news is – the trend is positive!

👥 People & Organization
Regina Merklein (Head of Organization Development & Processes) provided updates on current HR and organizational topics, including:
– The introduction of the new HR platform Personio
– Employee benefits available across the CF Group
– The appointment of Sébastien Guillot as a new member of the Management Board of Chemoform AG, effective July 1st

🤖 AI at CF Group 
Manuel Schiegl (Head of Digital Transformation) shared insights into the CF Group’s ongoing AI initiatives. Practical examples demonstrated how AI is already helping to optimize workflows and support employees in their daily work.

🏊 Product Innovations
Markus Reichert (Head of Marketing DACH) reported on this year’s spoga+gafa trade fair and presented key product innovations. Highlights included the Tiny Pool, the new CF pool robots, our new universal vacuum cleaner for pools, ponds, and flood situations, as well as the Planet Spa and Planet C concepts.

📈 Sales Update & Outlook
During the sales update, Jens Müller (Head of Sales / Specialist Market) and Rolf Papenheim (Managing Director CF Group Germany / Sales & Distribution) presented the latest developments across the specialist retail, DIY, and Group segments. Topics included sales performance, delivery rates, and improvements in warehouse throughput times and on-time delivery performance.

The event concluded with an outlook on upcoming trade fairs, events, and internal training sessions, followed by an open Q&A session where employees had the opportunity to ask questions and engage directly with the speakers.

🚀 New look, new shop: The new Planet-Pool website is live!

A breath of fresh air for our online presence: The LiGaLo team, together with the local marketing department, has completely redesigned our Planet-Pool brand’s outdated website. From now on, the site features a modern design. In addition, end customers can now order directly through the website. 🛒

The digital product range and overall visual appearance are perfectly aligned with the current Planet-Pool catalog. 📖 Visitors can find inspiration on the platform or directly turn their dream of owning a pool into reality. The new shop system offers a wide selection of pools in various quality tiers – ranging from budget-friendly models to premium high-end pools. Sébastien Guillot appointed as new Management Board Member of Chemoform AG

As of July 1, 2026, the Supervisory Board has appointed Sébastien Guillot to the Management Board of Chemoform AG. Together with CEO Cedrik Mayer-Klenk, he will continue to drive the CF Group’s transformation into the leading European platform for pool and water technologies.

Sébastien brings over 20 years of industry experience to his new role. Since 2020, he has successfully led CF Group France, having previously managed the restructuring and integration of the Aqualux Group. He also brings valuable management expertise from his earlier career stages at PSA Peugeot Citroën and Rolex.

We are thrilled about this strong leadership from within our own ranks and wish Sébastien every success in his new responsibilities!

spoga+gafa 2026 Review: A Great Trade Fair Appearance!

spoga+gafa in Cologne is a wrap. As the world’s largest garden and lifestyle trade fair, it brings together manufacturers, retailers, and industry experts every year to showcase the latest outdoor trends – and from June 22nd to June 24th, 2026, we were right there in the mix! Looking back, we had three very successful days at the fair, focusing on our latest product innovations in the pool and pond sectors.

We had many great conversations with our business partners, and the feedback on-site was thoroughly positive. Market launch test for Powerbank & Purity has started in France! 🚀

Exciting news from across the Group: We have just initiated the pilot phase for two groundbreaking campaigns in France. With Powerbank and Purity, we are pursuing much more than just a product launch – we are strategically realigning our market positioning.

The Strategic Challenge
The primary task in this phase is not solely about technical readiness. It is about building a deep understanding of the market and gaining acceptance for these entirely new concepts, which deliberately disrupt existing market categories.

🔋 Powerbank: From a cost factor to an energy asset
This patented revolution transforms the pool into a thermal energy storage system. The system centralizes heating, air conditioning, and domestic hot water, potentially reducing energy consumption by up to 30 percent per year.
– The new logic: One system for all thermal requirements. What used to be a pure energy consumer now supplies the entire home. The pool becomes a genuine “energy asset.”

💧 Purity: A new standard for water quality
Purity leads us away from traditional “water treatment” toward a measurable, autonomous water quality standard. A single system replaces the entire technical room (filtration, pump, control, connectivity).
– The technology: Thanks to Crystar® technology (recrystallized silicon carbide membrane), Purity offers a filtration threshold of 4 μm — ten times finer than a standard sand filter. The membrane acts as a physical barrier against microorganisms.

📊 Market Test and Next Steps
The team in France is now using this phase intensively to analyze initial feedback and performance data. These results will be used to finalize specific targets and precisely refine the future direction of the campaigns.

🤖 WYBOT Pool Robots: The Next Generation of Pool Cleaning – Now Available at CF Group

The WYBOT pool robots are now part of CF Group’s product range, bringing modern technology directly to our customers. They combine innovative technology with intelligent performance for highly efficient pool cleaning. With the integrated AI-powered camera, the WYBOT detects dirt instantly and targets it precisely. This allows the robot to work very accurately, cleaning many pools thoroughly in just 10–15 minutes.

Another highlight is the world’s first underwater charging station with a solar panel (model S2 Solar Vision). The robot charges itself using solar energy and remains ready for use at all times – without any additional electricity consumption.

Three robots for different requirements:

• S2 Vision: compact, agile, and highly efficient for smaller pools
• M2 Vision: powerful performance for large pools
• S2 Solar Vision: with underwater charging station and solar panel for maximum flexibility and energy independence
