Regina Merklein started as Head of Organization Development and Processes at CF Group Deutschland on 16.10.2023 and reports directly to the Executive Board.

The CF Group has grown considerably in recent years. The product range has been constantly expanded through the integration of leading companies. At the same time, the development of processes and structures has not kept pace. Regina Merklein’s goal is now to increase the efficiency of the organizational and operational structure, find synergies and streamline processes. All of this always with the overriding goal of customer orientation in mind.

Aquanale 2023 Review

Celebrating its 20th anniversary, aquanale once again attracted almost all market-leading companies from Germany and abroad.

Around 272 exhibitors from 31 countries presented new products and designs for modern, sustainable and innovative swimming pool and wellness construction. Whether energy efficiency, water management, digitalization or specialist management – the trade fair addressed current topics and trends and inspired visitors with a diverse supporting programme.

In addition to its extensive product range, the CF Group presented the new CF brand, an offer for the pool of the future as well as the latest innovations from the CF Group Technocentre..

Market expert strengthen the B2B distribution of the CF Group

A life for water: experienced market expert Jens Müller is driving restructuring at the multispecialist.

Jens Müller comes from Sta-Rite and Fluidra, where he has held various positions over the past 24 years. The topic of water has always accompanied him both professionally and privately. He started at the pump manufacturer Sta-Rite as sales manager for Eastern Germany and Bavaria, where he graduated as sales manager for Germany, before joining Fluidra in 2006 in the same position. There he progressed to the position of Branch Manager Germany. After the merger with Zodiac, the company was reorganized, and Müller was Key Account and Product Manager.

In October 2023, he moved to the CF Group, where he will primarily drive the restructuring of the specialized trade sales. “Creating something new and actively helping to shape something has always been my favorite task!” says the true Saxon with an obvious affinity for water – both professionally and privately, where he can mainly be found on the water stand-up paddling and motor boating or in the water swimming.

Carré Bleu visits CF Group Germany

The traditional end-of-season meeting took place this time for the Carré Bleu dealers at the CF Group headquarters in Wendlingens. At this important meeting, activities are discussed, a balance is taken and the next season is prepared.

It was an exciting and very instructive visit that allowed the Carré Bleu dealers to get to know the CF Group and its surrounding better: the history, the values, the sites in Wendlingen and Köngen, the historic high-tech development in the Mercedes Benz Museum, the german tradition on the Cannstatter Wasen (beer fest) – but also the different activities in the world of swimming pools.

L’Activité Piscine is the reference magazine for professionals in the swimming pool and spa market in France. Since 1997, l’Activité Piscine has been aimed at professionals and decision-makers in the swimming pool market, pool builders and industrial companies.

TechZone highlighted the CF Block X

The TechZone, a YouTube-Channel with 4,5 million subscribers, has chosen the CF Block X as an construction technology, that have reached a new level. TechZone always shows top inventions, gadgets or exciting technologies.

It was a nice surprise to see them highlight the CF Block X like this and show this to a wide audience.

Train the trainers

Recently, CF Group’s team of trainers was trained in Level 2 Chemistry at the St. Remy site. The 2-day training program aims to improve the skills of individual trainers so that they in turn can professionally instruct our chemical customers throughout France.

The training was conducted by Lea Giannotti and Ingrid Wasterlain and included not only knowledge transfer but also very practical tasks.

Thus, the trainers are now ready to accompany and train our customers in France in a competent and friendly manner.

Aquanale 2023: Ready for success

From 24. to 27.10.2023 the Who-is-Who of the swimming pool industry meets in Cologne again on the Aquanale, the industry’s leading trade fair. In the last edition 176 exhibitors from 28 countries said welcome to over 16.000 visitors from 103 countries. On this really international fair, the CF Group will take place with 3 companies – to show our strength and diversity:
