Strong presence at the IBO for Balena

With around 55,000 visitors, the International Lake Constance Trade Fair (IBO) once again provided a strong stage for fresh ideas for spring. Our Balena brand was also there.
Dr. Norbert Gäng sums up the trade fair appearance as follows:
 “We were able to present our pools optimally in a harmonious garden scenario. Although we don’t sell directly at the trade fair, the IBO is particularly valuable to us for post-fair business in the strong-selling Lake Constance region.”

Courageous to the depths of the ocean – our ambassador Eva André

It is important for us to have ambassadors who reflect our values and vision. Eva André, our ambassador, seems to be afraid of nothing. In the last episode of 13h15 on France 2, our diving world champion took us on one of her greatest adventures, to her favorite place: under the water, but this time in Carmen, Mexico and with a special guest, the Bouledogue shark, one of the largest predators in the ocean. This shark has a bad reputation, as it is repeatedly involved in fatal accidents with humans. However, it is threatened by fishing and the degradation of its natural habitat.

BSW Awards for TeichMeister companies

For over 20 years, the Bundesverband Schwimmbad & Wellness e.V. (bsw) has been honoring outstanding swimming pool and wellness facilities with the prestigious bsw Awards in gold, silver and bronze. The competition was once again very well attended in 2024: around 380 impressive facilities from nine countries were submitted, impressively demonstrating the creativity and performance of the industry.
We are particularly pleased that two TeichMeister companies were honored in the “Minipools” category:
– Zinsser wins the gold medal
– Ebner Gartenbau receives bronze for their organic mini pool

Congratulations on this great achievement – further proof of the high quality and expertise of our partners!

Annual meeting of “Teichmeister”

The two days TeichMeister meeting took place a few weeks ago. Partners from all over Germany came together to exchange ideas, gain new inspiration and start the pool year 2025 full of energy.
Dr Norbert Gäng looked back on a successful year and presented exciting innovations – including the modernization of the Munich exhibition, new products and innovative technology. Particularly pleasing: Hendrik Becker, world and European triathlon champion, was introduced as the new brand ambassador.
A key topic was the future of pool technology, in particular the use of AI in water treatment. Ralph Ziegler from Dinotec presented smart solutions such as “CF Control 100” and “PC Dynamics”, which make pool control and maintenance even more efficient.
With exciting presentations on marketing, materials and technology trends, the conference offered valuable insights. Now everyone is well prepared for a successful season!
