What an exciting journey through innovation and sustainability! We’re thrilled to have participated in the JDC Garden Trends 2024 and wanted to share a brief recap of this memorable occasion.

From March 26th to 28th, we had the pleasure of welcoming you at our booth F07 in Hall 1 in Marseille. Our “Game Changer” products truly impressed, redefining outdoor and pool care across five strategic axes: Preserve, Protect, Clean, Restore, and Store. And of course, our 100% profit quiz was a huge hit! We’re delighted that so many of you stopped by to participate and win fantastic prizes.

75th anniversary of IBO – celebrating toegether with Poolgarden

From March 20th to March 24th, 2024, the Friedrichshafen Trade Fair IBO celebrated their 75th anniversary. “Poolgarden” an inspirational place for water paradises in home gardens build by Balena / Teichmeister and Poolpartner was also located within the “Garden & Ambience” exhibition. Under the slogan “Resort Paradises for Your Home Vacation” the Visitors were welcomed to explore a 400 square meter booth. With 53,200 visitors and over 500 exhibitors on 52,000 square meters, the trade fair was even more successful than in 2023.

Balena / Teichmeister and Poolpartner were able to inspire and advise people interested in pools, big and small. “For us as exhibitors, it was an all-round successful trade fair and we are very satisfied.”

Steering Committee visits Benelux

A few weeks ago, the CF Group Steering Committee (consisting of Rolf Papenheim, Victor de Vries, Martin Eisele, Sebastien Guillot, Cedrik Mayer-Klenk, Jérôme Abbé hosted for this visit by Ben Vanderstukken CEO of Starline Pools) met for their regular meeting this time in Belgium. They also took the opportunity to meet the various group members such as Roldeck®, CF Group Benelux, Smartchim, Sterck, Starline and Poolquip. These meetings not only encourage collaboration but also strengthen our shared goals to drive innovation and excellence in the group.

SwimLoop – get your swim training at home

If you want to train swimming in your pool, you either need a longer pool or a counter-current system. The SwimLoop solves this problem. It is a swim tracking system that was developed together with Olympic athletes. The centerpiece is the Swimloop AI app. It connects via Bluetooth to an innovative sensor that is linked to the corresponding swimming belt. Detailed statistics such as distance, calories burned, swimming style, number of strokes, etc. are recorded and visualized in real time.

SwimLoop was developed by Jonathan Weinert with the support of his father Jürgen Weinert (pool project expert at CF Group Deutschland).

Over the last few weeks, the Communications team has been preparing the roll-out of a DAM (Digital Asset Management) tool, which name is DASH.

A DAM is an online collaborative library with a filtering and search system. It is dedicated to categorize, organize, but above all, share all the communication resources that we develop for the group : brochures, videos, catalogues, pictures… With this tool we intend to offer everyone a fast and easy solution so that you can find all resources that you may need in just a few clicks.

The addition of new resources is work in progress, and the principle is that each time we develop a new communication tool, we add it in DASH so that you have instant access to it.

Accounts will be created throughout the year on a case-by-case basis, depending on your needs and the new arrivals in the teams. In the coming weeks a documenation will be published, to help you work with the tool quickly.

Long live Franco-German friendship!

Together with around 120 guests, the Club d’affaires franco-allemand du Bade-Wurtemberg e.V. and Dr. Patrick Rapp (State Secretary in the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Tourism) recently hosted its New Year’s reception at the Haus der Wirtschaft in Stuttgart. With the support of the French Consul General Gaël de Maisonneuve and German and French business people, the association has set itself the goal of improving economic and cultural cooperation between the two countries. Cedrik Mayer-Klenk is a member since January and therefore also represents the interests of the CF Group.

The next event, “Careers in Baden-Württemberg” in cooperation with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, is already scheduled for March 8. On this day, there will be many presentations, networking lunches and the introduction of 22 selected partners from the business world – including the CF Group. Interested talents with a Franco-German background will be able to talk to future employers.
