Thanks to the wide variety of options, you can select the perfect swimming pool for your specific needs and preferences.

Sterck pools are custom-built at the production facility in Valkenswaard using Polystone® PP\_C PG , a high-quality and durable thermoplastic polymer. They manufacture each pool to measure as a single piece in our production hall, this guarantees a smooth and easy installation process in every garden. The qualified dealers will install the Sterck pool as one piece, ensuring it looks and functions perfectly.

As part of the Starline Group and CF Group, Sterck has a wealth of knowledge and experience in-house, enabling us to produce high-quality swimming pools.

Polystone® – a high quality material
A Sterck pool is made from Polystone® PP_C PG quality, a high-quality high density polypropylene. This material works excellently and is exceptional for the production of swimming pools, offering numerous benefits. It is resistant to UV radiation and is fully colored, which ensures excellent color fastness. Furthermore, Polystone® PP_C PG has high chemical resistance, and the flat surface have homogeneous high density surfaces that are easy to clean and prevent algae formation.
Polystone® PP_C PG distinguishes itself with its durable nature. Although the terms plastic and sustainability may seem incompatible, the material has a long lifespan and can be recycled sustainably after use.

Finally, the local production process achieves minimal waste due to uniform materials and matching parts.

Smartchim moves into new building

Smartchim recently moved its production from Weelde-Statie (Ravels) to Lilsedijk in Beerse. At the new site, the water care specialist is also commissioning a special CO2 gas extinguishing system that is unique in the region. The CO2 released in an emergency very quickly reduces the oxygen content in the production and storage area to a concentration at which no combustion process can take place.
We congratulate on this lighthouse project in Belgium and wish successful operations.

JdC Garden Trends tradeshow in Marseille

From the 28th of March to the 30th of March, CF Group Teams participated in the JdC Garden Trends show which took place in Marseille, France and brought together more than 380 exhibiting suppliers, 1,300 buyers and 2400 new products.

The feedback on this edition is more than positive. Customers as well as our competitors though our stand inspiring, from an aesthetic point of view but also and especially on the highlighting of our novelties and ongoing projects. We met almost all of our current customers (central purchasing) as well as prospect customers. Our exchanges with visitors were very qualitative. Our corporate vision, our novelties and the brand image sent back have seduced all customers.

Great opportunities for the 2024 season are coming…

Pool Partner at pool + garden in Tulln

From March 23th – 26th, the most important trade fair for the Austrian pool industry took place with the pool + garden in Tulln. On an area of over 400 m² Pool Partner presented a wide range of pools, accessories and innovative, technical solutions. As special novelties a pool cover with real glass as well as the filter box equipped with solar panels were presented for the first time. The fair was well attended and the interest was great.

CF Group Partner of the Trisothon (France)

The 7th edition of the Trisothon took place on Sunday, March 19th, in the Bouches du Rhône region of southern France.

CF Group is a partner of this inclusive and supportive event, for a day where able-bodied and disabled people, champions and amateurs and partners will come together.

It was a good occasion for colleagues of CF Group France to reunite for the run or the walk, or simply enjoy this festive moment and support the Trilogis association which helps people with disabilities. Congrats !

PERSONAL CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF CHEMOFORM AG

(Wendlingen, 3rd of April 2023) Martin Eisele succeeded Birgit Leibfritz as a member of the Chemoform AG Management Board on April 1, 2023.

After almost twelve years with the company and successful work as Board Member for Finance, IT and Human Resources, Birgit Leibfritz took her well-deserved retirement on March 31, 2023. In addition to all her professional skills, her human and hands-on manner made her an ever-appreciated contact person for employees, customers and partners.. “I would like to express my sincere thanks to Birgit Leibfritz for her outstanding work and commitment over the years. During our time together, a company with sales of 40 million euros has become a group of companies with sales of more than 350 million euros,” says CEO Cedrik Mayer-Klenk with regard to the change in leadership. “At the same time, I am glad and grateful that we were able to find a suitable and competent successor in Martin Eisele.”

As a tax advisor and auditor, the new CFO Martin Eisele can look back on a long career in management positions and brings with him extensive experience in finance and controlling. After his engagement as a senior manager at the auditing company Ernst & Young, where he was responsible for the audit of an M-DAX company, among other things, he managed a single family office for eight years from 2012 and was self-employed with his own office.

“I am looking forward to the challenges that are waiting for me in my new position,” says Martin Eisele. “Many things are in a state of transition and it is important to act in an agile, sustainable and responsible manner. I am sure that we will address the important topics together with foresight and continue the successful course of the CF Group.”

With the appointment of Martin Eisele to the Management Board, a new chapter begins for CF Group. The focus here is on consolidating the corporate and group concept in order to successfully develop into an internationally sustainable, capital market-oriented group of companies. Further elements are the integration and consolidation of the acquisitions made and those to be made in the future.

Birgit says goodbye

Dear employees, colleagues and colleagues,

After almost 12 years, my time at the CF Group is coming to an end. It has been a tremendously exciting and sometimes also exhausting time.

I have had the privilege of helping to shape the development of the CF Group, from 40 million euros in group sales in FY 2010/2011 to the current 350 million euros.

Many employees have contributed to this development, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all. I would also like to thank you for your support, in good and difficult times, on which I have always been able to rely. It was a lot of fun to work with so many colleagues from many different countries.

I wish you all the best for the future, good health and a continuation of the positive development of the CF Group.

Waterair visit in Tunisia

On March 7th, Sylvain Laville and Jérôme Abbé welcomed our customer Waterair on the Aqualux Tunisia sites.

Waterair is a French manufacturer of steel swimming pool kits and markets swimming pool equipment and accessories. It is the leading European manufacturer of swimming pool kits and an important industrial customer of CF Group, particularly for liner and chemical activities. In order to develop our commercial partnership and to be as close as possible to our customer’s expectations, it is essential to be able to welcome them to the group’s factories. This visit is a key success factor in the relationship with our customer, to demonstrate the skills of our teams and the capacity to work with us on a wide range of products: bubble covers, electronic equipment, bar covers, chemicals, etc.

Valérie Weiss, purchasing manager, and René Goeller, buyer, were delighted with the warm welcome they received and went back in France with many interesting perspectives for developing our partnership over the long term.
