Next Update from CF Group Switzerland

Here another update from the new site of CF Group Switzerland. We’re happy, that the cooperation of all the builder companys runs well, so they’re quite 4-5 weeks ahead of the planing. It seems, like the moving into the new building could already take place in September.

We wish everybody who’s involved continued success with the construction and many thanks also to the CF Group Switzerland team for contantly providing films and pictures.

Pool Showcase 2022 #1

In 2021 the CF Group have again supported many customers to build beautiful and safe pool retreats. So just lay back and relax – as as the pool owners – and enjoy lovely water worlds.

This pools were all realized by Carre bleu.

Stay Bee – project-update

The CF Group supports the STAY Foundation since 2020 as part of the campaign “Entrepreneurs for Entrepreneurs”. Today we’ll give you further insights into the project “STAY BEE”.

About 250 beekeepers have already been trained so far. Together, hives were built from existing materials and these are now being colonized with bee colonies naturally.

Sarah Amolo participated in the Stay Bee training and is now a beekeeper in Otuke, Uganda. The trained beekeepers have a direct prospect of a buyer for their honey and wax in a program partner, which increases the income of program participants like Sarah Amolo. In this short video, Sarah gives a feedback on the “Stay Bee” program.

February 15th marks now the end of our 2-year cooperation. We would like to thank the STAY Foundation for the time we spent together and wish them continued strength and perseverance in this sustainable development work. The CF Group will expand the engagement in regional activities. Soon there will be more information here.

Rise of the shining logo

After a nearly 2 years journey in wich we had to work with architects, structural engineers, facade builders illuminated sign manufacturers, the german railroad and the reginal council, the CF Group Logo finally lights at the headquarter.

It’s now highly visible and also strengthens our brand here in the region.

CSR: CF Group France is committed!

CF Group France is committed to and implements specific actions within the framework of corporate social responsibility (CSR). In order to illustrate this commitment, discover some of the actions implemented within our French sites, both in the daily work of our employees and in our production workshops!

RECYCLED PAPER
All the daily printing done at CF Group France, as well as the printing of our notices, is done on 100% recycled paper.

PRECIOUS WATER
No more plastic bottles! We have installed water fountains on all our sites and water bottles have been distributed to all employees.

HELP WITH PROFESSIONAL INTEGRATION
Whenever possible, we call on ESATs (maintenance of green spaces, mailing, assembly of samples, various subcontracting…).

5-STREAM SORTING
In order to optimize the sorting and therefore the recycling of all the materials used on our production sites, 5-stream sorting (paper/cardboard, metal, plastic, glass, wood) as well as other alternative sorting solutions are deployed or in the process of being deployed on all our sites.

PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS
After validation of the feasibility studies, photovoltaic panels are or will be installed on our different sites. In Pia (66), 250 photovoltaic panels have been installed, with the objective of reducing the site’s electricity consumption by 50%!

A LESS POLLUTING CAR FLEET
At each change of car fleet, priority is given to electric vehicles with parallel installation of recharging stations on the parking lots of our sites.

RECYCLING OF INDUSTRIAL WASTE
The offcuts of liners and shutters that allow it are recycled into new raw material: less waste and more available raw material!

OPTIMIZED HEATING
At the Brécé site (35), we have set up summer/winter locks to use the heat generated by the compressors to heat the workshops.

REDUCED PACKAGING
We are eliminating plastic packaging from our advertisements, catalogs and brochures. We are also increasingly reducing the use of polystyrene in our product packaging in favor of cardboard alternatives.

In order to get to know each other better and better within the CF Group, we would like to introduce different companies of the CF group from time to time.

Round #2: CF Group Tunesia

We have around 144 colleagues in our CF Group factories in Tunesia, who are working on electronic cards, electrical boxes, white goods, solar covers and many more.

At the End of 2021 they’ve celebrated with a nice CF Group End of year cake with Mohamed Filali + Kaouther Ben Chiekh (Management & Partners in Aquatec), Sylvain Laville (Director of Operations for TGP / Aqualux) & Marouene Touir (Management for Sicap & Aqualux Industry)

The next lift has arrived

In December, the second storage lift at the Wendlingen site was handed over by the creater company Modula. The new storage tower has a capacity of 38 trays for max. 500kg load each.

In the future, larger parts and small quantities of pumps, accessories and other spare parts will be stored here.
Both storage lifts will be integrated into the fast picking process, so that in the area of picking not only travel times but also times in the area of the packaging and shipping label process will be reduced.

Carré Bleu winner of the EUSA Award 2021

In the competition 2021, 199 pools from 11 countries participated.

For this edition, there are 2 winners from France, including Carré Bleu.

Carré Bleu is very pleased and proud to receive a Silver Award for this Domestic Indoor Pool realized by the distributor located in Orléans. Congratulation for this beautiful project!
