🏊‍♂️Vacation Pool Party

Once again, the CF Group Headquarter in Wendlingen provided a ZODIAC Original Pool for the local children’s holiday care program – also mentioned in a publication by the local press. The pool offered the children an extremely welcome way to cool off on the hot summer days and was used extensively.

Our high-quality ZODIAC Original pools are quick and easy to set up and are therefore perfect for such events. This once again showed us that there is hardly anything better for children than splashing around in a pleasantly cool pool and simply enjoying their time in the water or chilling at the pool edges.

Summer Break – Back in September

World Drowning Prevention Day

Today, on July 25th, is the Wold Drowning Prevention Day. This serves as a reminder of the importance of raising awareness about the tragic consequences of drowning and promoting life-saving measures.

Drowning is one of the leading causes of accidental death. According to the Word Health Organisation (WHO),

“at least 20.000 people die form drowning every year in Europe“.

CF Group is dedicated to mitigating this calamity through established and effective strategies:

• Aquatic Education: It is never too late to learn to swim. Swimming lessons are available for people of all ages and can save lives.
• Companion Swimming: Never swim alone, especially in open waters such as lakes or the seas. A swimming partner can go for help in case of an emergency.
• Child Supervision: Children should never be left unattended near water.
• Emergency Preparedness: First aid knowledge is crucial. Learn how to perfom cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and how to react in the event of drowning.

Did you know that CF Group Deutschland has been working with Köngen primary school  for 12 years to ensure that no child leaves primary school without swimming skills? True to the motto “CF Group provides safety”, many children learn to swim with our support every year. Together, we can take precautions and prevent the tragedy of drowning.

CF Group expands its Group Accounting Team

In July 2024, the new Group Accounting team started at the Wendlingen site, consisting of Christian Schott (left), Jasmin Wieczorrek (center), and Jean-Claude Roussel (right).

Christian Schott most recently worked as a Consultant at RSM Ebner Stolz for five years. During this period, he gained valuable experience in preparing consolidated financial statements using LucaNet and honed his skills with the software.

Jasmin Wieczorrek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Freiburg. She then worked in auditing at NEXT10 for just over three years, most recently serving as an Audit Manager for large and medium-sized groups across various sectors, including manufacturing, private equity, and services.

Jean-Claude Roussel worked in France until 2016, where he was responsible for the operational implementation of IFRS consolidation for global subsidiaries. His role involved collaborating on budgets, forecasts, and long-term planning, developing reporting tools, and working on projects with auditors, controllers, and treasury, including deferred tax reconciliation under IAS 12. Since 2017, he has been based in Germany, acting as the contact person for auditors on consolidation and financial statement issues, supporting subsidiaries with accounting matters, and contributing to significant projects such as IFRS 16 Leasing and Trans Border Merger.

Victory for Comtoyou Racing in the 24h of Spa 2024

CF Group Benelux is proud to inform you that Comtoyou Racing has won the 24 Hours in Spa 2024, driving the Aston Martin Vantage GT3. This outstanding accomplishement highlights not only the skill and determination of the Belgian team but also the commitment of CF Group Benelux as a reliable partner.

” All the ingredients were there for a successful centenary of the 24 Hours of Spa. Tight gaps, challenging weather conditions, a massive crowd, and in the end, the victory of a Belgian team, in this case the Comtoyou Racing ” stated DH Sport magazine.

Congratulations to the drivers and everyone who contributed in any way in this victorious adventure.

CF Group France sets 2025 goals in Lyon

From June 25 to 27, the directors of CF Group France met in Lyon for their annual seminar. During this event, the strategy and orientations for the year 2025 were presented. Each manager also had the opportunity to present his or her department’s roadmap for the coming year.

The motto of the seminar was “Underpromise, Overdeliver“. This slogan emphasizes the Group’s commitment to exceeding expectations in the delivery of announced objectives. In other words, what is promised is not only met, but exceeded.

The seminar was also marked by the presence of Eva André, vice-champion of France in apnea and ambassador of the CF brand. She shared her experience of energy efficiency in her discipline. The teams were thus able to draw parallels between her sporting activities in a constrained environment and the challenges facing CF Group in the swimming pool market.

Welcome to our new member: Yessica Kanz

We are delighted to annouce that Yessica Kanz has joined our Internal Sales Department at CF Group Deutschland in Wendlingen as of July 1st. Yessica brings a wealth of experience and enthusiams to our team, and we are excited to have her on board.

Yessica completed her training as an Industrial Clerk in 2020. Over the past nearly four years, she gained valuable experience working in Customer Service for a wholesaler of medical devices, where she also served as a Medidal Device Consultant. Her background in customer service and consulting will be a great asset to our Internal Sales Team.

In her new role, Yessica will be an integral part of our Internal Sales Team, contributing to our efforts in managing client accounts, developing sales strategiesn and ensuring exceptional service delivery. She is eager to learn about our products and take on new colleagues.

Please join us in giving Yessica Kanz a warm welcome to our team. We are confident that her skills and positive attitude will make a significant impact on our department.
